BUILDING INFORMATION
The Bourse Building is a 10-story, historically significant icon located on Independence Mall in the heart of Philadelphia's historic district. The building consists of 299,300 square feet of office and retail space and offers direct views of Independence Mall to the West, and sweeping, unobstructed views of Old City, the Ben Franklin Bridge, and the Delaware River on the East. The building is currently compromised of a two-story retail component on the ground and concourse level. The office component is floors three through ten. The Philadelphia Bourse Building was the first commodities exchange in the U.S., inspired by the motto, "buy, sell, ship via Philadelphia."
