Tenant Call
For after-hour emergencies such as theft, fire, or other incidents, please call our office at 215-625-0300. When calling you must give the following information: the property in which you are calling from, company name, contact name, phone number, and nature of the call.

In case of any emergency after normal business hours, we will notify one of the designated emergency contacts from your company. This procedure allows us to alert you as soon as possible in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
